Concert Video Production
Celebrated artists Kathy Mattea, B.J. Thomas and Lee Greenwood shared their Christmas spirit. One of music’s top pop groups, Three Dog Night, partnered with a full orchestra to launch a reunion. And country legends, Crystal Gayle and Tanya Tucker, sang their story-songs once again for appreciative fans.
All of these artists, and many others, have turned to the talents of The Renaissance Center MultiMedia Department to preserve their own talents in live concerts on digital video. A talented group of MultiMedia producers, directors, camera operators, and tech engineers transform the Center's theater venue, the Performance Hall, into a giant ‘studio’, giving home audiences the great experience of a live concert.
Whether the melody is a country ballad sung by Lynn Anderson, an Irish sonnet performed by Andy Cooney, a rock anthem from John Kay and Steppenwolf, or a psalm from gospel group, The Easters, The Renaissance Center team transforms a special event into something spectacular!
Revenues from commercial projects such as these are used to enhance all of the learning and education venues within The Renaissance Center, a non-profit organization.
